The Jacksonville Jaguars appear to be ready to wait out the suspension of wide receiver Justin Blackmon. According to ESPN, multiple sources say the Jaguars plan on keeping the 24-year-old at least until after his indefinite suspension is lifted. Blackmon has been suspended since Week 8 of the 2013 season for multiple violations of the leagues substance abuse-policy. The fifth-overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft was initially suspended for the first games of the 2013 season and returned to appear in four games before being handed his current suspension. In his four appearances with the Jaguars last season, Blackmon made 29 catches for 415 yards and one touchdown. Under NFL rules, the Jaguars can release Blackmon at any time during his suspension.
