I have an odd DNS problem on one of my Windows 10 machines. Most time DNS times out and I can't load any web pages as a result. Pinging a domain times out. NSLOOKUP is instant. Hosts file is default. Problem is intermittant. At first I thought it was a hardware problem, so I updated my NIC drivers, swapped to a USB NIC, swapped out eithernet cables and switch, even tried a USB Wifi adapter. Problem persists. Flushed my local DNS cache and tried multiple DNS servers to no avail. Booted up Ubuntu live off USB and everything works fine. To my knowledge everything is up to date. I've ran an AV scan and checked for malware and even rootkits - all clean. Anyone seen this before?
Any help will be apprecited.
